3. Programmes and Enrolment

Pursely currently offers three programmes:

All programmes are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect confirmed enrolments.

3.1 Enrolment Confirmation

Your enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from Pursely. We reserve the right to decline any enrolment at our discretion, in which case a full refund of any payment received will be issued.

3.2 Programme Content

All programme materials — including lesson notes, templates, spreadsheets, and checklists — are provided for personal educational use only. They may not be reproduced, resold, or shared outside your household without written permission from Pursely.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through our designated payment gateway. By making a payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All transactions are subject to verification.

Pursely does not store your full card or banking details on our servers. Payment data is handled exclusively by our certified payment processor in accordance with applicable security standards.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before programme start: Full refund, less any administrative fees notified at the time of enrolment.
• 7–14 days before programme start: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before programme start: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another person of your choosing, subject to written notification to Pursely.
• After programme start: No refund for partially attended or completed programmes, except where required by Malaysian consumer protection law.
